Lifestyle programs

Our practice has a focus on lifestyle as a part of the mix when it comes to reducing the incidents and effects of some of the chronic diseases such as diabetes within the community.

Each of our practices will be facilitating, and in some cases providing, lifestyle related programs. These programs will be provided for a small cost or in some cases free.

Preventative Health checks

In addition our staff are focused towards a pro-active program of preventative health checks. We are able to provide all of the health checks that are available through medicare including the following.
