Fees

We recognise that quality healthcare can be an impost on the household budget and so with that in mind we have tried to be as transparent as possible with our fees and charges. We have compiled a comprehensive list of the most used item numbers in our practice. This is not an exhaustive list as The Medicare Benefits Schedule is a massive document that is continually being updated but should give a good indication of what costs you can expect when you visit our surgery.

Note also that in some case you may be charged for more than 1 service, for example if you attend for a Standard Consultation and you also require an ECG, you will be charged an Item 23 and an Item 11707.

As well as the applicable Medicare rebate(s) you may be eligible for additional rebate amounts as a result of the Extended Medicare Safety Net Check out the details of the Concessional Safety Net Family Program. and register if appropriate.

If you are facing severe financial hardship and are unable to pay for your consultation please make contact with the Practice Manager so that arrangements can be made to ensure you can continue to access healthcare.
